No minimum order for retail customers. Mounters and businesses may apply for an account with wholesale pricing.
Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of Australian GST (10%). A tax invoice is automatically emailed after each purchase.
Medal mounting
Court mounting involves sewing medals directly onto a firm backing board in a fixed, side-by-side arrangement. This is the formal style worn on ceremonial occasions with service dress and is the most common mounting style for Australian commemorations.
Swing mounting suspends medals from a bar on individual suspenders so they hang freely. This is the correct style for certain dress occasions and tends to be more commonly seen on miniatures. We will advise on the correct style for your specific medals and occasion.
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days for custom orders from receipt. Rush orders for ANZAC Day, Remembrance Day or urgent commemorations can often be accommodated -- please contact us as early as possible.
After submitting a mounting enquiry, we will email you a prepaid tracked and insured return label. Package your medals securely and drop them at your nearest Australia Post outlet. We will contact you when they arrive safely.
Shipping & delivery
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days to most Australian addresses. Express options are available at checkout. All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment.
Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Free express shipping on all orders over $150. All wholesale domestic orders include free shipping.
Yes, we ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, France and United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Wholesale international orders over AUD $1,000 receive free express shipping.
All orders are dispatched with tracking. For high-value orders over $150, insurance is included automatically. For mounting commissions involving irreplaceable personal medals, we use fully insured registered post for both inward and return delivery.
Wholesale accounts
RSL sub-branches, defence associations, emergency service organisations, government departments, educational institutions, clubs, associations, mounters and retailers. We assess each application individually.
Approved wholesale accounts see a compact table view instead of the standard product grid. Every product is listed with its SKU, price and a quantity field. You can quickly enter quantities across multiple items and add them all to your basket efficiently.
Wholesale pricing is applied automatically based on your account tier. Tiers are based on your rolling 12-month spend and range from 10% to 25% off standard pricing. Your current tier and progress is visible in your account dashboard.
Products
Yes. All medals sold on this site meet current Australian Honours and Awards specifications. We are authorised by the Australian Government to reproduce insignia and medals within the Australian Honours System.
Full-size medals are worn on service dress during formal day parades and commemorations. Miniature medals are approximately half size and are worn on mess dress for formal evening occasions. We are happy to advise if you are unsure.
